My truck had a failed fan component at low mileage and the service department technician who first lo
oked at it tried to convince me that it was a normal sound. I found Texas Diesel and Auto with a google search and after reading all the reviews felt confident that they could find out what is really going on. I brought the truck in and the owner did real proper diagnostics on it to find out the fan component failed and advised me on how to safely drive the truck for a couple days until the part could come in and be replaced. Texas Diesel & Auto ordered the correct part, and a couple days later installed it for me in a very reasonable time while I worked and took meetings. Outstanding technical work and customer service, great people. I have never had a better experience with auto repair.
