This is the only place to take your BMW whether for Oil service, maintenance or repair. Everyone is friendly and so knowledgable and will take the time to answer any question or concern you may have. They always call to let you know the cost before the repair is done. We have been coming here for a long time and we trust them completely!

First of all when you walk in your greeted very warmly and it makes you feel welcome. Front counter staff lady conversates with you like you're family. They did some major work for me and another problem popped up Charles told me to bring it back and he would take care of it NO CHARGE. Haven't had any issues with it since then. Ultimate Autoworkers is hands down the best BMW shop in the Charleston and Mount Pleasant area. A friend recommended them to me a couple years ago shortly after I bought my first BMW X5. Previously I was using the dealership during the warranty period. I was so impressed after my first visit I became a customer for life. Their head mechanic, Charles Williams, is very knowledgeable, thorough and explains everything in detail. He found several small items the would have caused big problems later. Definitely a five star shop that I highly recommend.

My BMW needed a new oil pan gasket and a new timing belt. I saved $750. I found a new “alternative BMW” place to take my cars.

They always call you back. They always work with you. They explain everything in laymen’s terms without making you feel stupid. Going in 7 years of their service.
