These guys are BMW prodigies. I've gone to them many times for all of my bimmers.. and am always impressed with their knowledge and skill. Not only are they great under the hood of cars...but outside from that... so nice speaking to them ... very courteous and kind. Just great people all around. Oil change was completed quickly, and the staff out front was Friendly.

My brake job, oil change, and power steering repair went as expected -- timely, professionally, efficiently, and affordably. Originally I thought I had an oil leak in my 2000 528i. But I mistook engine oil for power steering fluid on my garage floor. The experienced technicians at Ultimate Autowerks quickly diagnosed the actual problem and replaced several bad hoses and a fluid reservoir associated with the power steering unit. They even secured a fender splash liner for me at no charge while replacing the front brake pads. I had my vehicle back in minimal time with everything I asked for expertly repaired and serviced. True, I didn't get a complimentary car wash, but then again I didn't pay exorbitant dealership repair prices. My sincere thanks go out to the entire staff and team at Ultimate Autowerks.

The shop policy is to not work on older BMWs (more than 10?) But the owner Matt was willing to talk and agreed to work on my 99 Z3. He knew what was wrong from my description and was correct. Also fast. 2 days.

Since our return to the Chas area several years ago, this is where her 640 goes. Fast , accurate and less expensive than the dealerships with their high overhead and you need this and that, not here, no fancy videos, just straight talk without the bovine scatology.

Thay know my car in and out. I always bring my car her. The always do my car done in a timely manner. The staff here is always kind of sweet.

My battery died while visiting my son this past weekend. I dropped the car off at 9:30 and by 1:30 the battery was replaced and ready for me to pick up. Communication was great, Charles and Matt are both car enthusiasts which should be a requirement in my opinion.

As a native Charlestonian , I was unbelievably pleased with the staff at Ultimate Autowerks. They were very hospitable , pleasant and extremely polite. I spoke with Charles and told him I needed an oil pan on my 2014 320I BMW. Charles told me to just drop my car off on Sunday night and I would have it back Monday afternoon. Charles also suggested a brake flush because it could cause problems in the future. Charles went out of his way to get the brake flush done so I could get it the same day. I have known they were good at working on BMWs for years. Also, their price was extremely reasonable, 30% less than the dealership. Also, talked to Matt and Debbie and they were extremely polite. I will be going to Ultimate Autowerks for all my future BMW repairs !! Sincerely, Richard Gamble
