Kevin helped me with a do-it-yourself repair job that went south because of a faulty replacement part. He did his best to to meet the demands of his own busy day and was kind enough to take time out to help me identify the issue as being the faulty replacement Ball Joint. He removed it and sent me on my way armed with the information I needed to complete the repair. He knows I'm a do-it-yourselfer and I know he and his crew at Auto Surgeon are there to take on the stuff that is beyond my comfort zone. These are good people. Work with them.
