I had been looking for a new mechanic since the one I used to go to is retiring, and I think this shop is going to be my new go-to. I have been into the Auto Surgeon twice so far and they were excellent both times. They definitely don't try to push things that you don't need onto you. This last time they gave me their reccomendation on what parts needed to be replaced and I was concerned about some of the other components in my brake system so I asked about each of the other parts and they reassured me that the other parts were in good condition and didn't take advantage of my worries.

I originally took our vehicle to the dealer just to get it looked at knowing full well they would be extra goofy with the quote. Needless to say I brought it here for a second opinion and these gentlemen didn’t disappoint. Of the necessary repairs, the cost was ~20% of the dealer’s. These guys are honest, knowledgeable and efficient in what they do. Strongly recommend.

It’s always good work at a fair price never trying to upsell you. And by that I mean, wipers air filter, those simple things that other places try to sell . Your vehicle is delivered the day that it’s promised always call you first if there’s anything that needs to be added. For instance, I had a serpentine belt that needed to be replaced. Changed the water pump at that time so that I didn’t need to go through all that work to replace the water pump down the road and pay for all that labor again. They provide common sense solutions to maintaining your cars longevity.

The team at this shop is very professional, great at communicating, and reasonable on pricing. I will be taking all my vehicles here in the future.

Kevin and his crew took care of my jeep today. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up later the same day. Absolutely perfect!

I love my 2002 Jaguar. It’s getting older and seems to need more frequent care, but Kevin understands that I really want to keep driving my car—so he keeps it running. Most recently I drove to a friend’s house early in the day but when I was ready to leave, the battery did its thing but no fuel. My guess was fuel pump, and I called Kevin to alert him that my car would be dropped off and described the problem. He offered me a loaner to get to appointments and then identified and resolved the problem. (Not the fuel pump but it’s brain—or something). Anyway, he worked late to fix it, test drove it, then went in early to test drive it again before sending it home. It’s back in my garage, running well, and I trust Kevin will keep it running for several more years.

Kevin was quick to diagnose the issue and provide repairs while traveling in between duty stations as active duty military. Was able to get my truck in even with a busy schedule when a prior shop in Arizona put in a faulty part that leaked diesel the 18 hour drive to Idaho.
