Clear explanations of problems and solutions
I greatly appreciate that A&D, specifically Sam, takes the time to explain not only what the problem is, but possible causes and the consequences associated with the work that needs to be done. Additionally, I like that A&D presents the possible ways to repair the problem and outlines the cost and benefits associated with each.
