Alex that is not true. We started with $46.00 to diagnose the wipers not working. I found quickly, the wiper blade was jammed and the linkage was most likely the problem and reduced the diagnostic to $25.00. The linkage is covered by body parts and we would need time to get access the damaged area. We asked for $82.79 plus tax to take it apart to see what it need to make the repair. We told you that labor would go toward the total cost if you had us repair it. We found it needed the whole assembly: wiper motor and all. The labor was covered with the $82.79 initially asked for, the part was $186.92. We offered an option at a lesser price for a used part, but it would have taken a few days to get it. You declined the job; I made a temporary repair the bad part so it worked and put it back together. We charged you for the time I had in it $82.79 plus tax. Please give me a call and offer a price you think would be fair for the work I have done. I think we can agree on something and then be on good terms.
