SHOP AROUND!!!!!
I gave it one star because at least they were able to look at my car right away. The quoted price was $225 for parts and $725 for labor. I called my regular mechanic(who could not look at the car until the next day) and the price quoted was $225 for parts AND labor. When I questioned the mechanic at Alexander's about the price difference his reply was "we've got to make money". Needless to say, I paid my $136 for them to tell me that and took my car to another shop where the work was done for under $200!!! Beware and shop around
