1) Took four days to get a return phone call from the service department.
2) Service was scheduled a 1 1/2 weeks out.
3) Service department made my wife feel put out that they had to bring out a loaner.
4) When service was scheduled, they failed to show up and we had to call to reschedule. They said they forgot.
5) After service was performed vehicle was returned unclean and unwashed.
First service was far less than I would have expected from a company that prides itself in it's service.
