After my initial visit my radio, rear defog, & front windshield cleaning fluid does not work. Needless to say, they are still non-functioning even after my 2nd & last visit. Respectfully submitted, Michelle P.

Michelle , I just informed my new manager of your past experience and our policy for customer satisfaction.. we are very concerned and sorry that we failed to correct an issue on your truck. .he is calling you rite now to hopefully schedule an hour or two for our technicians to correct these issues at no charge to you .
