In the time that I was taken home (in my own car) had time to reflect. Then the call came regarding the "findings" over $1,000 worth of findings... I took the car elsewhere for a 2nd opinion.

June Smith spoke to Ms. Melone; she informed me that sometime after she left us; she took her vehicle to a mechanic she has been using for 14 years. He too agreed the Ball Joint is cracked and needs to be replaced his price with discounts was over $800.00 We made some "factory" recommendations. which would have put her over $1000.00 if she choose to do them. We recommended: Upper & Lower Radiator Hoses with Clamps based on age and mileage. Notified customer that manufacture recommends Timing Belt be replaced at 60,000.
