We had our vehicle recently serviced for a major and rather expensive job. It seemed to be fine, but we had issues and brought it back in for service. The issue was related to the expensive job and it was taken care of at no charge. As a retail manager I understand the importance of customer service, no matter how big or small. By taking care of my issue, I am a customer for life.
