Report was car needed jumped to get in to shop to inspect. Reported issue with front struts. Reported issue with starter being bad which is why it wouldn't start. Had both replaced as recommended. When car was picked up it wouldn't start(so much for the starter) and reported noises were obvious upon driving out of shop and turning left(so much for struts being the cause). Very evident car was never driven to test reported issues or to see if they were resolved.
