Service on the Tahoe
Our Tahoe got the oil changed and air put into the tires. But when my husband picked it up he was told he had problems with his brakes. This is the first time we were not called to tell us there was a problem. Every time we took our cars and trucks if there was a problem we were called and told. Then they would fix it. I use to feel safe after getting our cars and trucks from the service department. My husband left with the Tahoe with the brakes not fixed. Now who knows when he is able to get the Tahoe back in. There could be a chance he could get in an accident with the weather and bad brakes that didn't get fixed. Yes, I am not happy with the service we got on the Tahoe this time.
