I had to get my car fixed, however, I didn't have an appointment till the following week. I needed to get to Corpus the next day for a meeting, but had no way of getting there (my vehicle was not going to make it). Elias then leant me one of his loaners for the weekend just so I could get back for my meeting. He knew I would put a lot of miles on it, but he cared more about providing the best customer service experience possible. Would definitely come back!
