Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my new Q5 at Audi of San Juan. It was a much better experience than my previous Audi purchase from a dealership in Houston. Adrian Garcia did an excellent job of assisting me throughout the long process of deciding exactly which Q5 I really wanted. Since I do not live in the Valley, most of our communications were done by phone, text, and e-mail. Adrian was very attentive without being pushy and delivered all the information I required in an efficient and timely manner. More importantly, Adrian assisted me in getting what I believe to be a very good deal on my new Q5. In the end, I had several choices on where to buy my new Audi, but I went with Audi of San Juan because of the excellent customer service throughout the process. My hope is that the service after the sale is just as good. However, I am confident that the staff at Audi San Juan will continue to treat me right.
