Don't pay extra for the oil change/car wash
I paid extra for the service package that covers your oil change and car wash till 100,000. Sounded like a great deal. Well it might have been in I had ever actually gotten my car washed. 3 out of every 4 visits my car was returned just a dirty as when I left it. Every time I complained and it never got better. If this is how they are run then all Auffenberg dealerships have lost my business for life.
