My car was left there for 3 days of "diagnosing" or whatever you were doing to it. You told me it was the computer (PCM) in my car. After calling numerous places to find my computer, I finally found a computer out in Sussex! I bought it even though I was warned that I would NOT be able to return it. Turns out, it was NOT the PCM. So, now I'm out the money I paid you AND the money for the computer... I took it to a place that knew what they were doing. They found the problem (a deteriorated wire going from the PCM to the alternator) after only 2 hours of diagnosing. So now, not am I only out the $95 you charged me (For doing nothing!), but I also have a PCM for my car that I bought and dont need! In addition, I had to buy a new wire harness for my alternator since you butchered mine up and thought the fix was a little electrical tape. This practice is unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that you didnt return my phone calls after the fact. I guess I wouldnt either after you butchered up my car and couldnt diagnose the problem. But at least you got my money for nothing.
