Persistence in face of serious problem
Afterundertaking what appeared to be a fairly routine problem (air diverter) the problem proved to be anything but because the manufacturer had changed everthing about the system since the PU was made. However, the staff worked hard and continued to attack the issue until the problem appears to be complete resolved. The expense was more than anyone expected, but under the circumstances, not objectionable considering the amount of time and energy expended.
