Courtney, we are sorry your experience did not live up to expectation yesterday. We always strive to be the best we can be and answer each questions as diligently and professionally as possible. When we had finished your vehicle and you came to pay your bill, we did go over the answer to your questions which were printed on your copy of the invoice. Usually I try to go over these things once everything else has been done and I can focus my complete attention on the details of service notes and recommendations for your next service. I apologize for not getting to those answers sooner. We performed a quick inspection at no cost to you, to look into the noise you had asked about. We concluded that both of your front wheel bearings were very loose and causing the noise you were concerned with. We had also noted this problem on the last two invoices upon your last two visits with us. We had initially quoted the prices for the wheel bearings on 12/17/2014 and once again on 6/24/2015 and the prices are all the same. We didn't estimate from our head, but rather using the software we have and the previous estimates we had given you. Aside from those basic thoughts, I take great pride in my business, I feel awful if someone doesn't feel we lived up to their expectations. I strive to give the best service possible at all times, and I would like to extend an offer to you make this situation right with you, if your would contact me when you have the time to do so. Sincerely, Michael H.
