Good Service, bad delivery.
Had timing belt and many major maintenance jobs done in one visit. Was told I could pick my car up until 9pm. Told service advisor I was coming in about an hour. When I arrived my car was parked in and when asked how I was to get my car out, nobody could help. I spent 20 minutes going back and forth to wedge my way out and ending up scraping my front bumper in the process.

I'm so sorry one of our customers parked you in. They had put there keys in the lock box already and somesone should have found the spare key and moved it for you. We have been trying to contact you to see if w could try and fix that bumper for you. Please give me a call when you get a chance so we can see if we can make this up to you.
