We are very sorry that you feel this way. At the time of your oil change when we told you the brakes were low, we gave you different levels of brake pad options. We spent 20 minutes at counter going over everything in detail. We gave you the package prices including labor. We gave you the option to also receive a discount buy one get one 25% OFF- you declined. You picked the most expensive brake package. You agreed to the price . The next day you come back and demand your money back. We are very sorry you feel this way. If the price was not right you should not have picked the most expensive package and you should not have agreed to the repairs. We are a AAA shop, all of our technicians are ASE certified and we gave you several choices...Could you please explain to us how this is our fault? Can you please explain to us also how this is wrong after we refunded your money price matching an automotive chain repair shop?
