Complete unprofessional service
1. Cleary specified DO NOT overfill engine oil level (provided my oil in original packaging with clear volume scale marks). Despite my request, dealerships overfill oil level and when I pointed for the problem manager (Mike) claimed it’s OK (!!!)
2. After car was, the front license plate came damaged – no solution for repair was proposed.
Strongly DO NOT recommend this facility for any repair/maintenance processes.

Hello Vadim, I'm very sorry your crankcase was overfilled as stated. I did dscuss this with the Technician and he does appoligise for the mistake. I'm happy to have quickly resolved it on the spot for you. My comments were Technical based, meaning it would not hurt anything to have the crankcase slightly overfilled. I did not intend to imply its an acceptable practice of the dealership and do appoligise if you understood it as such. I'm also sorry to learn about the license plate frame. I'm not sure what happened here and suspect the car wash may have done this. I'm happy to replace this for you or send one to you if you prefer. Honestly Vadim had we have know it was damaged we would have fixed it immediately.
