I've come to Chapman's several times and they always have great service, quality prices, and get me in and out ASAP. This time, I had a massive oil leak and they fit my vehicle in the day off and got my vehicle out the same day.

Honesty is the Best policy
My name is Kathleen and my husband passed away 6 months ago. He always took care of our cars. Well now it’s my responsibility. I realized something was wrong with my car and my brother-in-law asked me if I had checked the oil. when I checked it there wasn’t any oil. I put oil in it and I took it to a local garage and they said that the top gasket on the oil pan was leaking and it would cost $1400 to fix it. That was a little devastating. I came home and talk to my family and decided to get a second opinion, and they recommended Chapman’s. They looked at my car and said it was not the gasket on the oil pan, it was a part that surrounds the filter that had cracked and was leaking.so instead of $1400 it was only $230 with an oil change. They easily could have told me it was $1400 and I would have had it fixed. But lucky for me Chapmans was honest and saved me $1200. Thank you Chapmans.

Broke down on a Friday night, I reached out to Mr. Robert even though he was out of state, he took my call, dispatched a tow truck, diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs expeditiously, while keeping me in the loop throughout the process.
