The Service Department is HORRIBLE
There probably aren't enough spaces to type all of my displeasures. I would not recommend having your car serviced there. I have had two bad experiences and I will not be going back. Since purchasing the car almost 2 years ago, I have had all my routine maintanence done there so the records would be maintained in one place. Not anymore, who cares!

TO ACCOMODATE CUSTOMER, SHE HAD NO APPT. THE CONCERN WITH HER CAR COULD BE TIME CONSUMING SO THEY LOANED HER A CAR TO DRIVE, SHE ASK THE SHOP FOREMAN TO DRIVE HER CAR 20MPH ABOVE THE SPEED LIMIT TO FIND WIND WHISTLE FROM DRIVERS WINDOW, HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, I AM TRULY SORRY YOU BELIEVE THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE
