Tire rotation
We have gone to Community Car since we heard about it and are very pleased with its service and the friendliness and honesty of staff. In this case, we were charged for a tire rotation on our Toyota truck, but was then told we had dry rot and needed new tires. I am not sure why the rotation occurred and we were not told first about the dry rot. We basically wasted money since the tires needed to be replaced.
