I scheduled an oil change and advised that there is an oil leak. I asked while on the phone if it needs repair can they repair it "yes we do all kinds of repair ". Dropped off car at appointment time and left the car. When I went to p/u was told that the oil pain nut had not been tightened properly at the last shop. This leak has been there longer than a month and they never looked into the root of the problem. Apparently they don't want my money or want to fix cars?

As the owner of Comptons Automotive I do hate to hear you had a bad experience with us, I personally did not look at your vehicle although our techs try to be honest on all repairs. The oil leak in question we did see an oil drip from the drain plug and we felt that leak would need to be addressed first to insure that was the leak or if it was not at least we knew it was not coming from the plug and then we could go further with inspecting for other leaks, if the vehicle is still leaking oil we will be more than happy to go back over it.
