New Tires
I dropped of car at 6AM only to find it was not completed at 5PM. I had to wait an extra hour? I think my next oil change is free don't you?

  First & foremost I apologize that there was any confusion at all. We were aware you were picking the car up in the evening and apologize that it was not ready for you when you arrived. As a courtsey because of the issue Steve went ahead and discounted your tires DOUBLE the cost of an oil change! So you got your wish times two!!! :-) Those tires are incredible! You will love them!
