Feel like I matter as a person, not as a dollar sign!
I like how everyone treats me as a person and not an obligation to have the "perfect score". As someone in retail, I'm quite familiar with being instructed to meet certain requirements for transactions. I'm also familiar with the robotic reciting and actions that come from being forced to do them. I don't get that here. I get a sense that everyone enjoys their job and actually cares about and knows their customers.
