Pleasantly Surprised
Our Jeep Liberty was leaking coolant and it appeared it was coming from the water pump. In looking at a previous invoice on work done on the Jeep a year ago at Cubbons, I noticed the water pump had a warranty of 2 years or 24,000 miles. I also noticed that our Jeep was slightly over the 24,000 miles on the warrantly. I called Cubbons, spoke with Diane, explained the situation and she said, "Bring it in, we'll take care of it if it's the water pump. I made an appointment, took the Jeep in and it was a slightl leak with a seal on the pump. Cubbons replaced the entire water pump & seal at no cost to me. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to learn that Cubbons had honored the warranty, even though they really didn't have to. Diane and Neal have restored my faith in repair shops. They have always been fair and honest and they try to do all repairs right the first time.
