I bought tires through "Tirebuyer.com" and had them delivered to Dallas Tire, with a written confirmation the price was to be $93. Upon arrival, I was told the price was going to be $100, then twenty minutes later that the price was going to be $128.
It was apparent that tirebuyer.com and Dallas Tire had a disagreement, but the fact that the customer (me), who's car is being held hostage, is left paying the higher price and forced to go back to tirebuyer.com is rediculas. Tirebuyer.com has since credited me the difference, but the fact I had do this left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably won't go back there again.
