poor recall service
I took my 2011 Sonata in for a routine service and was told I had a recall 15 minutes after my car was getting serviced. The man told me they had already called Enterprise to rent a car because it would take 3 hrs on the recall. So I left 2 car seats & had to pay for a rental because my husband returned the car with 1/4 of a tank less than when I took the car. He assumed Dean was taking care of me & didn't fill it up. So I had to pay $22 for 1/4 of a tank of gas. Poor service! Why couldn't they supply me with a car from the dealership?

Unfortunately we do not always know what part of each recall you might need until we look at it sometimes they are quick other parts of them take a while to do so that is why we give free loaner cars, we pay for the price of the car but it is up to each customer to refill the gas and if they want other insurance that is offered be Enterprise. We do this so our customers do not have to wait for repairs or pay the price of a rental car and when you signed the paperwork with Enterprise they should have explained to you that you were required to refill the gas that was used. We only have a couple of cars in service loaner service and they are usually not available since they are for more of a long rental situation. I would be happy to offer you a free oil change to ofset the price of the gas that you were charged to help out.
