Inexcusable

When I arrived a large van was blocking all the parking spaces. A honk did nothing. After a call to the business, I was told to park somewhere else. No apology when I entered. An hour and a half after my appt. time I asked when my car would be done. It was parked in the back and no one had informed me that it was ready. Inexcusable.

We apologize for the inconsiderate drivers in our parking lot but we do not have control over the way people park or drive. We do our best to move the vehicles to the back lot as quickly as possible. we do shed your car as quickly as we could and our sales staff had been busy when car was finished. We apologize and thank you for your business.
