Usually great service, not this time
I was charged $50 for a battery that was purchased at this service center 1 year and 25 days prior. Originally, I was told it would be $140, then $0 after I told them when I bought it, and then they called backed to say it wasn't fully covered and the prorated amount was going to be $90. When I told him I didn't think that was fair and that Hyundai needs to stand behind their product I was told I could have it for $50. Considering I had already lost a half day of work I relented and told him to just go ahead and do it. I told him I was not at all satisfied and he didn't say anything.
