The service was good but I wasn't happy about paying for labor on a defective battery. The battery was highly recommended and already 130.00 and I was left stranded and had to miss work. I also had to pay 50 dollars for the labor on diagnostic testing because of the battery problem which put the battery at grand total of 170.00.

The warranty for our labor is 12 months, 12,000 and the warranty for the battery is 70 months. The last repair for the battery was done 08/2011 so the labor was not under warranty but the battery still was. We replaced the battery,checked her whole charging system, and also cleaned the corrosion and only charged her for the battery replacement labor which was only $51 dollars and change not $170
