Verified CustomerKyle, I am sorry your vehicle needs brake work. However on 05/16/2016 we inspected brakes and printed on your receipt the front brakes were at 6mm left, rears at 5mm, The issue you are having now is the brakes are squeaking and pulsate when applied. During the last visit we informed you about the Right rear caliper that has froze up, this will put more pressure on the brake system and cause the rotors to warp as well. During the July Visit for a standard oil filter service you did not mention any brake issues. This last visit at 81046 miles you did ask for a brake inspection and we gave you the information. Again I am sorry you need more than just a standard brake job, but we have been checking them when requested. If you would like please call Mike Foster to discuss any further issues.
