As a general bit of good advice; Tire wear due to alignment is sometimes inevitable. Unless replaced, tires will show signs of alignment wear, sometimes for the rest of the life of a tire.
Although we do our very best to get vehicles done in a fair amount of time, the are occasions where extra work is needed to do the job in a correct manner, as with your vehicle the tierod nuts needed torched and therefore extra time was required.
