Explained to Mr. Robinson that major problems existed in the heater system. Due to budget constraints, the recommended repairs were not done. A flush was done rather than the repair, at Mr. Robinson's request, with the hope of improvement. No improvement was made.
If you flush the radiator and it still did work, why would I want to pay for the same problem that was already there when I brought it in.
I do not know if they flushed it or not. They charged me but It was the same as when I arrived. If a serviced is preformed and the result do not change, then why do you charge $$. customer should be happy with the service or no charge for the Job. I was out of Pocket of $140.00 for the same problem that I came in there with.
