Courteous staff who value me as a customer.
Previous troubleshooting should have revealed worn spark plugs. Downshifting from overdrive would occasionally be rough appearing as a transmission issue. I am pleased the problem was found without excessive expense. Fort Mill Hyundai was faithful to stand behind the warranty on this vehicle and treated me as a valued customer throughout the series of visits leading to the final and accurate diagnosis. Great people; great car; and great service.
