Small dealership with people who seem to care about the customer.
First, my purchase experience. This dealership did all that they could to help me buy a new vehicle with just average credit. Two other dealerships that I had visited prior to Gregory Hyundai could not seem to make it work. When I came to complete my purchase of an Elantra demo, it was sold earlier that day. Naturally, I was disappointed, but to makes thing right, without any negotiation on my part whatsoever, they offered me a new Elantra at a discount. They also gave me full blue book value for my 2005 Jaguar trade in. YES, I SAID JAGUAR!

While I work at home these days and do not drive a whole lot anymore, I can say that my first experience in their service department also was most gratifying.
