From the service advisers who were warm and friendly, to the sales people that helped me refamiliarize myself with my warranty terms. My first experience with Hall Hyundai was pretty good. The only problem, and kind of a big one, is that they overlooked a broken transmission part during my first visit. As soon as I informed them they immediately apologized and took it to get repaired. Overall my first warranty repair experience was pretty good. No hassles about payments or warranties. They even arranged my rental for me. I'll definitely come back.
