This shop does what it says it will do when it says it will do it and does it well. If they find a problem you didn't know about, they'll tell you and ask to fix it. If they find that the problem you reported doesn't require a repair--you just thought you had a problem--they won't fix it. They tell you and save you the money for (in my case) a brake job that wasn't needed.
