I did have the advantage of being able to use x-plan pricing, so I didn't have to do much haggling on the price, but when it came to the financing, they ran it through the banks that I asked for instead of trying to pressure me into using their banks (as I have had with previous experiences.)
When it came to the extra (extended warranty, protection packages) everything was explained to me, but when I didn't go for the top tier package, there was no arm twisting or change in attitude towards me (unlike other dealerships I have gone through.)
