Sales dept was great service dept is horrible
1out of 10 I give it a 5 only because no matter how much money you spend there on a car you still going to be treated like crap when it goes in for repairs

Mr Bogues, I am sorry that you feel this way about your visit on 11/21/13. As I checked into your complaint about the car being here from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. I found out that we accomodated you with no appointment that day. We also gave a loaner car for your inconveinence because we knew we had to make time to address the four issues that you had. 1. Remote lost programming and we had to reprogram remote. 2. Vibration in gas pedal, technician could find nothing abnormal and was compared to like vehicle. 3. speakers sound muffled in rear, as your invoice reflects we called Hyundai's techline and  we were informed that the rear speakers are a low range speaker and the more dynamic speakers are up front. 4. Vehicle pulling, unfortunately on 11/21/13 it was called the wettest day so far of 2013. As we stated on your invoice we could not perform this diagnosis while streets are soaked and there is wind, we also asked to reschedual the appointment but you didnt know your schedual. I don't want to sound like we don't understand how you feel, but I don't know what more we could have done to make you happy under the circumsatnces.
