Came in for oil change, it was my fourth time in this shop. All previous visits were great. Staff was very nice and I left satisfied with the work. This time, not so much the same story. The staff at the desk were great as always. This time my complaints are with the condition the shop guys left my car. There was oil/grease all over my car. I had my windshield wipers replaced. Got talked into the most expensive ones. But I hate them. They don't work all that great and they are huge. They intrude on my vision out the front window and they are so large that they do not sit inside my hood when they are in 'off' mode. I regret ever getting them.
Back to the grease. So the minute I got into my car and grabbed the wheel I noticed a coating of grime. When I got home I had to wipe the entire drivers side down with a Clorox wipe. It went from white to black. There was grease everywhere. Then I noticed grease marks all over my hood, around my window and along the front grill. Another Clorox wipe that ended up black. And to top it off, one of my valve stem covers is missing. They must have checked the air in my tires and not put it back on.
This is all really disappointing that they would not make sure to 'care' for a customers car and clean up after they finish the service.
I plan to call and state my complaints. It is disappointing because I have had great service there before. Depending on the response I get on the phone will determine whether or not I return or refer anyone to this business.
