Mr. Soliwoda,

I am sorry to hear that you are disatisfied with your recent visit. From my understanding it is due to the cost of having a tire patched. Unfortunately to dismount the tire and install a patch to repair a hole and then to water test to ensure the patch will hold does run the price you paid. With that being said I would like to extend a complimentary oil change offer to you to show that we do value you as a customer and want to do whats within reason to placate you.
