I was treated pretty rudely on the phone and when I dropped and picked up my car. It was not the usual associate that helped me. He then gave me my keys and as I was able to get onto 99 I noticed my hood was flapping/not latched. Luckily I pulled over and latched my hood before jumping on the highway. I called immediately and asked for a manager. He said he wasn't there. I told him what happened and asked him to have the manager call me tomorrow. No one ever called. I've taken my car here a dozen times over the years. I'll never ever come back now.
