Another job well done
The windshield washer fluid was not spraying on the windshield. Since the windshield washer reservoir is located in a place that is hard to get to, Jay ordered a windshield washer motor just in case it had to be replaced to avoid extra labor charges in case that was the problem. As it turned out, only a fuse had to be replaced, which Jay did & then he returned the motor. Angie & Jay also noticed that I had driven 5000 miles since the last oil change so that was done after consulting with me, saving me another trip. Jay is honest and does his best to keep the cost of repairs as low as possible to fix the problem. Since I have only one car, Jay drove me home & picked me up after the repair & oil change were completed. I highly recommend Jay's Service Center.
