Good Sales Person ... Not So Good Management
We receive excellent attention and service from our sales person, who has since left Keffer Hyundai. We had a serious problem with Hyundai Finance and asked for assistance from the dealership ... sales all the way to general manager. The only one who helped was our sales person ... finance manager passed us off to sales person and general manager never returned my calls. Although we really like our Elantra, the problem with Hyundai Finance and the lack of interest by dealership management will cause us to think twice about another Hyundai.
