Susan is the best, knows cars, as do the mechanics of course
One issue we have encountered over the past several years is lack of communication, a part comes in, no one calls, the car is ready, no one calls, the car needs a $3 part for completion nobody calls. A tire comes in that could have been installed same day no one calls. Otherwise things seem OK. No one calling results in unnecessary delays and my husband needs his car for work every day.
