Verified CustomerNOT TRUE !!! We have been in business in this same location for 33 years. You can't rip customers off and stay in business. You're first visit here was Dec. 13th 2011 and you have been back two times since. My technician gets paid a fee to check out every vehicle and the customer agrees to pay that fee when you drop it off. I don't understand why you are upset but I can tell you from years of experience that the Land Rover product you purchased will be repaired often and they are expensive to maintain.
