We requested a number of services be performed for this 103K tune up. Happy to leave car for full 2 days. Paid $2K for all the needed work. Fair value. But, when notified car was ready was extremely concerned to experience high- pitched whining and locked steering column minute we turned car on. Could not drive car home. Did not feel owner was responsive to our concern and call back requests following business day. They did, hopefully, address the problem and got car back at end of following day. Hoping it is satisfactorily fixed but have lost confidence in quality of work being done. This was the third such experience we've had in last 14 months. Very sad about this as it has been our go-to auto service provider for last 10 years.

When replacing the timing belt on any Honda product the power steering pump has to be moved. In the process air got into the system and caused the whining noise. We replaced the PS Pump at no cost to you and were informed by the driver of the vehicle, you son, that as long as we had it ready by the end of business the following day it would be fine. The power steering pump and labor was a $500 repair that you weren't charged for. I apologize for the inconvenience and I thought we had made everything right, apparently thats not the case. I want you to know that nothing pains me more than to hear a customer complaint. I hope you will reconsider your position and allow us to serve you in the future.
